Good luck to our HSC students!

Monday 19 October 2020 in News from the Cancer Centre

Good luck and best wishes to all HSC students sitting their exams.

There are many pathways to goals, of which the HSC is just one, and we wish you the very best of luck as you near the end of your school year and look to the opportunities ahead.

You're sharing your experience with other students who have also had an unusual year, with changes due to coronavirus, and together you've proved adaptable and resiliant and we congratulate you on that.

To students sitting the HSC who have finished or are undergoing treatment at the Cancer Centre for Children, you are wonderful and amazing, and we knew that before you picked up your pen for your first exam!

Brothers and sisters of children receiving treatment at our centre who are doing their HSC deserve a special mention as well, as they've continued on their path when it hasn't been easy, so well done and good luck.

If you'd like to talk about anything you are experiencing, you can speak to our social workers and these help-lines are also there for you.
