Gold tree blooms for children with cancer

Tuesday 1 September 2020 in News from the Cancer Centre

Beautiful shining gold is the colour of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in September and a shimmering tree has sprouted in the Oncology Treatment Centre. It blooms with small decorated bells on its branches, containing messages written by children and their families, and it will be exciting to see it flourish throughout this month.

You are invited to add a bell on your next visit to celebrate this special month that raises awareness and promotes improvements in research and treatments.

Thank you to our families who have been helping our tree grow!
